摘　　要：目的探究右侧完全结肠系膜切除术(CME)对右侧结肠癌患者远期生存率的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2018年2月本院收治的82例右侧结肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为完全组与传统组,各41例。传统组行传统根治术治疗,完全组行右侧CME治疗,比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标、并发症发生率及生存率。结果完全组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于传统组的78.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全组手术切口、首次排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于术前,且完全组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全组并发症发生率(2.44%)低于传统组(14.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全组1年生存率、3年生存率、复发率均低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右侧CME治疗右侧结肠癌疗效确切,创伤小,可促进患者术后恢复,并发症少,明显提高患者术后生存率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of right complete mesocolic excision(CME)on long-term survival rate of patients with right colon cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with right colon cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into complete group and traditional group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with traditional radical surgery,and the complete group was treated with right CME,the clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,complication rate and survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the complete group was 92.68%,which was higher than 78.04%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical incision,first exhaust time,eating time and hospitalization time in the complete group were shorter than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function between the two groups;after operation,the scores of physiological function,psychological function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the complete group were higher than the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the complete group(2.44%)was lower than that in the traditional group(14.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate,3-year survival rate and recurrence rate of the complete group were lower than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Right CME treatment of right colon cancer exact effect,less trauma,can promote postoperative recovery,fewer complications,postoperative survival rate was significantly improved,it is
