摘  要:目的探讨标准化患者(SP)教学模式联合以案例为基础的教学(CBL)在临床医学专业妇产科课程教学过程中的应用价值。方法选取本院2019年至2021年2019级临床医学专业本科2个班级共93名医学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=46)与研究组(n=47)。对照组采用传统教学模式授课,研究组采用SP联合CBL教学模式授课,比较两组考试成绩、教学质量、学生满意度情况。结果研究组多选题、单选题、简答题、病例分析题得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高学习效率、提高知识记忆及理解、提高分析解决问题能力占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生满意度为93.62%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SP联合CBL教学模式应用于临床医学专业妇产科课程教学中效果显著,可提高学生考试成绩及教学质量,学生满意度高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of standardized patient(SP)teaching mode combined with case-based learning(CBL)in obstetrics and gynecology course teaching in clinical medicine specialty.Methods A total of 93 medical students from two classes of 2019 clinical medicine undergraduate students in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=47).The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,and the study group was taught by SP combined with CBL teaching mode,the test scores,teaching quality and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of multi-choice questions,single-choice questions,short-answer questions,case analysis questions and total scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of improving learning interest,improving self-learning ability,improving learning efficiency,img and solving problems in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The student satisfaction of the study group was 93.62%,which was higher than 78.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SP combined with CBL teaching mode has significant effect in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology courses for clinical medicine majors,it can improve students'test scores and teaching quality,and has high student satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
