保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效及对患者生命质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的80例早期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,每组40例。常规组接受改良根治术治疗,研究组接受保乳术治疗,比较两组术后乳房外形美观度、术后并发症发生率及术后3年远处转移率、局部复发率、存活率、生命质量评分。结果研究组术后乳房外形美观度总优良率为92.50%,高于常规组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于常规组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3年远处转移率、局部复发率、存活率比较差异无统计学意义。研究组躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理机能、情感职能、社会功能、精力、精神健康评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与改良根治术相比,保乳术具有并发症少、安全可靠、术后乳房外形美观等诸多优势,可提高早期乳腺癌患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods 80 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into routine group and study group according to random number table methods,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group received modified radical surgery,while the study group received breast conserving surgery,the postoperative breast appearance,postoperative complication rate,distant metastasis rate 3 years after operation,local recurrence rate,survival rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of postoperative breast appearance in the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 72.50%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in distant metastasis rate 3 years after operation,local recurrence rate and survival rate between the two groups.The scores of physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,social function,energy and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with modified radical mastectomy,breast conserving surgery has many advantages,such as fewer complications,safety and reliability,beautiful appearance of breast after surgery,and can further improve the quality of life of early breast cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
