摘　　要：目的探究原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压值对选择临床治疗方法的价值。方法选取2018年9月至2020年8月本院收治的100例原发性开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为药物组与手术组,每组50例。药物组使用药物治疗,手术组采取手术治疗,比较两组眼压值、视力恶化及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组眼压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组眼压均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。两组视力恶化发生率比较差异无统计学意义;药物组并发症发生率为4.0%,低于手术组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性开角型青光眼眼压值较低患者可采取药物治疗,眼压值较高患者可采取手术治疗,两种治疗方式均安全可靠,疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of intraocular pressure in selecting clinical treatment for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into drug group and surgery group according to different treatment regiments,with 50 cases in each group.The drug group was treated with drugs,and the surgery group was treated with surgery,the intraocular pressure,vision deterioration and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of visual deterioration between the two groups;the complication rate in the drug group was 4.0%,which was lower than 20.0%in the surgery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with primary openangle glaucoma with low intraocular pressure can be treated with drugs,while patients with high intraocular pressure can be treated with surgery,both of the two treatment methods are safe,reliable and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion and pplication.
