摘 要:目的探讨经颅直流电刺激联合神经促进技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的162例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为联合组(n=82)与对照组(n=80)。对照组给予神经促进技术干预,联合组采用经颅直流电刺激联合神经促进技术干预,比较两组体感诱发电位检测情况指标、上肢功能、日常生活能力。结果干预后,两组N20波幅均长于干预前,潜伏期均短于干预前,且联合组N20波幅长于对照组,潜伏期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)、上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-UE)评分均高于干预前,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组改良版Barthel指数(MBI)评分均高于干预前,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅直流电刺激联合神经促进技术治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者,可延长N20波幅,缩短潜伏期,促进患者上肢功能恢复,提高其生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with nerve promotion technology on upper limb function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 162 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the combined group(n=82)and the control group(n=80)according to random lottery method.The control group was given nerve promotion technology for intervention,while the combined group was given transcrani-al direct current stimulation combined with nerve promotion technology for intervention,the somatosensory evoked potential detection indicators,up-per limb function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the amplitude of N20 of the two groups were longer than that before intervention,and the incubation period was shorter than that before intervention,and the amplitude of N20 in the combined group was longer than that in the control group,and the incubation period was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of action research arm test(ARAT)and Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity scale(FMA-UE)of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the combined group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of modified Barthel index(MBI)of the two groups were higher than those before inter-vention,and the combined group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial di-rect current stimulation combined with nerve promotion technology can prolong N20 amplitude,shorten incubation period,promote the recovery of patients'upper limb function and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
