斑螯酸钠维生素B_(6)联合经导管动脉化疗栓塞术和冷循环微波消融治疗肝癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨斑螯酸钠维生素B_(6)联合经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)及冷循环微波消融治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治的62例中晚期原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为实验组与对照组,每组31例。对照组给予TACE治疗,实验组给予斑螯酸钠维生素B6联合TACE治疗,比较两组治疗前后生长因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为51.61%,高于对照组的35.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为16.13%,低于对照组的38.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斑螯酸钠维生素B6联合TACE及冷循环微波消融治疗肝癌患者效果显著,可降低细胞生长因子水平和不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B_(6) combined with transcatheter arterial chemo-embolization(TACE)and cold circulatory microwave ablation therapy for liver cancer.Methods 62 patients with advanced primary liver cancer ad-mitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received TACE treatment,and the experimental group received disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B_(6) combined with TACE treatment,the levels of growth factor before and after treatment,clini-cal efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the experi-mental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimen-tal group was 51.61%,which was higher than 35.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 16.13%,which was lower than 38.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 combined with TACE and cold circulation microwave ablation has signifi-cant effect in the treatment of patients with liver cancer,which can reduce the level of cell growth factors and the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
