舌下腺及囊肿切除术治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究舌下腺及囊肿切除术治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年9月本院收治的50例舌下腺囊肿患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组25例。对照组采用袋形术治疗,研究组采用舌下腺及囊肿切除术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及手术前后白细胞介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-2、D-二聚体水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(28.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组白细胞介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-2、D-二聚体水平比较差异无统计学意义;术后,研究组白细胞介素-6、基质金属蛋白酶-2、D-二聚体水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌下腺及囊肿切除术治疗舌下腺囊肿患者的疗效显著,可改善舌下腺囊肿组织病理反应,促进预后改善,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sublingual gland and cyst resection in the treatment of sublingual gland cyst.Methods 50 patients with sublingual gland and cyst resection admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pouch surgery,and the study group was treated with sublingual gland and cyst resection,the clinical efficacy,incidence of complication,and the levels of in-terleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase-2 and D-dimer before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The in-cidence of postoperative complications in the study group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.00%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase-2 and D-dimer between the two groups;after surgery,the levels of interleukin-6,matrix metalloproteinase-2 and D-dimer in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sublingual gland and cyst resection in the treatment of patients with sublingual gland cystectomy has significant effect,can improve the histopathologic reaction of sublingual gland cyst,and promote the improvement of prognosis,and high safety.
