超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼的效果

摘　　要：目的探究超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月本院收治的100例老年白内障合并青光眼患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,联合组采用超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组手术效果及术后并发症发生率及手术疗效。结果术后7d,两组裸眼视力、散光度均高于术前3d,眼压均低于术前3d,且联合组裸眼视力、散光度均高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组手术优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗老年白内障合并青光眼可获得满意的临床疗效,能有效改善患者视力水平,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of senile cataract with glaucoma.Methods 100 patients with senile cataract and glaucoma admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy,and the combined group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,the surgical effects,postoperative complications and surgical effects were compared between the two groups.Results On the 7th day after operation,the naked eye vi-sion,astigmatism of the two groups were higher than those of the 3rd day before operation,and the intraocular pressure were lower than those of the 3rd day before operation,and the naked eye vision and astigmatism in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and the intra-ocular pressure was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative com-plications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of operation in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of senile cataract with glaucoma can obtain satis-factory clinical results,effectively improve the visual acuity of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
