摘　　要：外语专业人才培养的价值定位取决于国家不同时期的战略发展和专业自身的特点。面对世界格局的“百年大变局”,培养新型外语人才既是新时期赋予外语学科的时代使命,也是外语专业突破自身发展瓶颈的内在改革需要。“新文科”理念的提出为新时期的外语专业人才培养改革提供了思路。突破现有人才培养模式,从人才培养价值定位、培养模式探索以及教学手段改革三个角度,可以有效解决目前外语专业人才培养中存在的问题。The value orientation of the training of foreign language professionals depends on the development needs of the country in different periods and the characteristics of the profession itself.In the face of the“great changes in a hundred years”,training new foreign language talents who can transmit the Chinese voice,spread Chinese culture and serve the needs of social development internally is not only the era mission entrusted to foreign language disciplines in the new era,but also the internal reform needs of foreign language majors to break through their own development bottlenecks.The concept of“New Liberal Arts”has provided ideas for the reform of foreign language talents training in the new era.Breaking through the existing talent training mode,from the three perspectives of talent training value orientation,training mode exploration and teaching means reform,can effectively solve the problems existing in the current foreign language professional talent training.
