摘　　要：基于大型矿用自卸车动力系统的开发设计要求和经验,对进、排气系统布置选型及设计要点进行分析。根据发动机的进气流量要求和使用环境确定空气滤清器选型,实现发动机保护和噪声降低;进排气管道布置应根据发动机要求、阻力要求、工作环境等因素完成设计;矿用自卸车主要使用扩张式消声器,其四种不同的结构形式具有不同的消声特点,若布置空间足够,矿用自卸车推荐采用多节扩张腔串联的方法来增加消声量。Based on the design requirements and experience of the power system of large mining dump,the selection and design points of intake system and exhaust system can be analyzed.The selection of air filter is determined according to the requirements of engine intake flow and operating environment to achieve engine protection and noise reduction.The layout design of intake and exhaust ducts should coordinate engine requirements,resistance requirements,working environment and other factors.The expansion muffler used in mining dump truck has four different structure forms,which have different characteristics of noise reduction.If the layout space is enough,the mining dump truck is recommended to use the method of multi-section expansion cavity series to increase the noise reduction.
