摘 要:大缸径柴油机在船机、发电和工程机械领域有广泛应用。不同于小缸径柴油机,由于大缸径柴油机所需进气量较大,通常需要数个增压器增加进气量,同时,还需加配中冷器对发动机进气进行冷却。由于装配、维修过程中需要对中冷器进行起吊,因此对中冷器吊板强度的要求很高。基于有限单元法对某大缸径柴油机中冷器吊板进行结构仿真计算,从静强度和面压滑移两个方面进行校核,验证其强度、螺栓的可靠性。计算结果表明该中冷器吊板可以满足垂直吊装等工况的设计要求。Large bore diesel engines are widely used in marine engines,power generation and engineering machinery.Unlike small cylinder diameter diesel engines,large cylinder diameter diesel engines usually require several turbochargers to increase the intake air volume due to the large intake air volume.At the same time,intercoolers are also required to cool the engine intake air.As the intercooler needs to be lifted during assembly and maintenance,the strength of the intercooler hanging plate is required to be high.Based on the finite element method,the structural simulation of the lift plate of the intercooler of a large cylinder diameter diesel engine is carried out.The static strength and surface pressure slip are checked to verify the reliability of its strength and bolts.The calculation results show that the lift plate of the intercooler can meet the design requirements of vertical lifting and other working conditions.
