摘　　要：本文论述了割断、粗铰、精镗工序自动上下料单元的应用。通过自动化改造解决了以往加工中心、数控镗床的传统工人上料方式,现以发那科FANUC-R2000IB/210F六轴工业机器人为主体的自动化单元完成多台数控机床上下料任务。与传统人工上下料相比该智能上下料单元极大减少劳动力,提高了生产效率和品质。This paper discusses the application of automatic loading and unloading unit in cutting,coarse reaming and fine boring.Through automatic transformation,the traditional worker loading mode of machining center and CNC boring machine is solved.Now,the automatic unit with FANUC-R2000IB/210F six-axis industrial robot as the main body completes the loading and unloading task of several CNC machine tools.Compared with the traditional manual loading and unloading unit,the intelligent loading and unloading unit greatly reduces the labor force and improves the production efficiency and quality.
