摘　　要：目的探讨核糖体蛋白15a(RPS15a)和SIAH2在结直肠癌组织中的表达, 以及两者与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征以及预后的关系。方法收集2018年3月至2022年10月青岛市中医医院(青岛市海慈医院、青岛大学附属青岛市海慈医院)诊治的128例结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织标本作为研究对象, 采用免疫组织化学法检测RPS15a和SIAH2在上述组织的表达, 结合临床资料, 应用χ^(2)检验分析两者的表达水平与结直肠癌患者病理特征和预后的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中RPS15a表达率为71.88%(92/128), 癌旁组织中RPS15a表达率为13.28%(17/128), 两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=89.871, P<0.01)。RPS15a表达水平与结直肠癌患者浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=5.070、4.867、5.357, P<0.05), RPS15a表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、组织学分化程度无相关(χ^(2)=0.015、0.030、0.224、0.051, P>0.05)。结直肠癌组织中SIAH2表达率为75.78%(97/128), 癌旁组织中SIAH2表达率为17.19%(22/128), 两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=88.327, P<0.01)。SIAH2表达水平与结直肠癌患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度明显相关(χ^(2)=6.448、4.792、7.292, P<0.05), SIAH2表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、浸润深度无相关(χ^(2)=0.188、0.165、0.006、0.448, P>0.05)。结论 RPS15a和SIAH2在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平明显升高, 与肿瘤恶性程度和结直肠癌患者预后明显相关。检测RPS15a和SIAH2表达水平有助于评估结直肠癌浸润转移潜能和结直肠癌患者的预后。Objective To investigate the expression of ribosomal protein S15a(RPS15a)and sev-en in absentia homologues 2(SIAH2)in colorectal cancer tissues,and their relationship with clinicopatho-logical features and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 128 cases of colorec-tal cancer tissues and adjacent normal colorectal tissues diagnosed and treated in Qingdao Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(Qingdao Haici Hospital,Qingdao Haici Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University)from March 2018 to October 2022 were collected as the research objects.The expression of RPS15a and SIAH2 in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between thc:expression levels of the two proteins and the pathological characteristics and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.Results The expression rate of RPS15a in colorectal cancer tissues was 71.88%(92/128),and that in adjacent normal colorectal tissues was 13.28%(17/128),with the difference being statistically significant(χ^(2)=89.871,P<0.01).The expression level of RPS15a was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=5.070,4.867,5.357,P<0.01),but not significantly with gender,age,tumor location and histological differentiation of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.015,0.0306,0.224,0.051,P>0.05).The expression rate of SIAH2 in colorectal cancer tissues was 75.78%(97/128),and that in adjacent normal colorectal tssues was 17.19%(22/128),with the difference being statistically significant(χ^(2)=88.327,P<0.01).The expression level of SIAH2 was significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and histological dfferentiation of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=6.448,4.792,7.292,P<0.05),but not significantly with gender,age,tumor location and invasion depth of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.188,0.165,0.006,0.448,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression lev
