摘　　要：结直肠癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,具有较高的发病率和致死率,目前临床治疗效果仍不理想。促红细胞生成素诱导肝细胞受体(Eph)参与了细胞凋亡、转移、新生血管形成一系列生物学行为。诸多研究表明在所有Eph家族成员中EphA2与结直肠癌发生发展等多个生物学过程联系最为密切,是治疗结直肠癌的潜在靶标。本文综述EphA2在结直肠癌发展、转移、耐药的调控作用,为EphA2的研究提供参考。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,with a high incidence and mortality rate.However,current clinical treatments have not yielded satisfactory outcomes.The erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte receptor(Eph)plays a crucial role in various biological processes such as apoptosis,metastasis,and angiogenesis.Numerous studies have demonstrated that among all members of the Eph family,EphA2 is closely associated with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention.This review summarizes the regulatory role of EphA2 in the development,metastasis,and drug resistance of colorectal cancer,providing valuable insights for further research on EphA2.
