摘  要:近年来,中国水环境质量不断改善,但在典型流域中,仍有部分水体断面存在较为严重的水污染,主要体现在氮、磷等污染物超标严重。水生植物已被广泛应用到受污染水体修复中,但单独的水生植物对水体的修复效果不理想。将水生植物与微生物相结合组成耦合修复系统,已成为一种低成本、生态友好和可持续的污染水体修复技术。该文综述了近年来水生植物-微生物耦合修复污染水体的应用现状,重点阐述了水生植物-微生物耦合的形式、相互作用机制以及微生物强化水生植物去除水体污染物机制。最后,结合已有研究现状,对该耦合修复技术的研究方向提出了展望。In recent years,water environment quality of China has been constantly improved,but there is serious water pollution yet in some water sections of typical watersheds,particularly excessive pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus.On the other hand,aquatic plants have been applied to the remediation of contaminated waters,but the remediation performances of aquatic plants alone are not satisfactory.However,to set up a remediation system of aquatic plants combined with microorganism is a low-cost,environmentally friendly and sustainable technology.In this paper,the status quo of the application of aquatic plant-microorganisms in remediation of polluted waters in recent years was reviewed underlining the aquatic plant-microbe coupling configuration,mechanism of interaction and the mechanism of microbial augmentation of aquatic plants to remove water pollutants.In the end,the research orientation of the combined remediation technology was proposed.
