胃祺饮治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察胃祺饮治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法经病理活检确诊为CAG且辨证分型为脾胃虚弱型的患者60例,随机分成胃祺饮组及对照组各30例,治疗组给予胃祺饮,对照组给予莫沙比利片+硒酵母胶囊口服,疗程为6个月,观察比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分的变化以及在治疗胃黏膜病理中萎缩、肠上皮化生方面的疗效。结果胃祺饮治疗CAG能改善其临床症状,且胃祺饮组优于对照组。胃祺饮治疗CAG能改善胃黏膜病理组织中萎缩、肠上皮化生的程度,且优于对照组。结论对于脾胃虚弱型CAG,胃祺饮在改善临床症状、胃镜及病理各方面的疗效确切,令人满意。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Weiqi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride and selenium yeast capsules,while the treatment group was treated with Weiqi Decoction.The course of treatment was 6 months.The changes in TCM syndrome score,atrophy,and intestinal metaplasia in the pathology of the gastric mucosa were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After the course of treatment,Weiqi Decoction can improve its clinical symptoms,and the pathological morphology of gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion For chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness,the efficacy of Weiqi Decoction in improving clinical symptoms,gastroscopy,and pathology is precise and satisfactory.
