摘　　要：克罗恩病肛瘘(perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease,PFCD)是克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)常见的肛周并发症。其中约1/3的患者会反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量。PFCD的传统治疗以药物及外科手术为主,但效果一般且复发率较高,创面较大。近年来,脂肪来源间充质干细胞(adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells,ADMSC)在CD及PFCD的治疗中显示出显著效果。本文主要介绍应用ADMSC治疗CD及PFCD的基本原理和作用机制以及临床试验的最新结果,以期为ADMSC治疗PFCD的研究提供参考。Perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease(PFCD)is a common perianal complication of Crohn's disease(CD).About one-third of these patients will have repeated attacks,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The traditional treatment of PFCD is mainly drug and surgery,but the effect is general,the recurrence rate is high,and the wound is larger.In recent years,Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells(ADMSC)have shown significant effects in the treatment of CD and PFCD.This article mainly introduces the basic principle and mechanism of ADMSC in the treatment of CD and PFCD and the latest results of clinical trials.Hope to provide reference for the study of ADMSC treatment of PFCD.
