摘　　要：中医9种体质辨识作为“治未病”服务主要抓手,在国家公共卫生服务中发挥重要作用。以往9种体质辨识以自评量表权重积分为主要评估方法,临床应用发现存在受试者理解差异性大、主观性强、60题填写时间长等问题。为了实现9种体质辨识的客观化和简单化,采用多学科技术提高体质辨识的效率和准确性成为体质研究的热点与趋势。红外热成像检测技术以其客观性、精准性、科学性及经济便捷等诸多优势,成为近年来9种体质辨识的补充工具。文章根据以往红外热成像与体质相关的文献资料,对红外热成像检测技术在中医体质研究中的应用进行分析,总结该技术用于体质辨识的科学依据、独特优势和存在问题,并对利用红外热成像进行中医体质辨识的思路与方法进行了探讨。As the main starting point for'preventive treatment of disease'services,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification plays an important role in national public health services.The previous nine constitution identification methods used the weight score of self-rating scale as the main evaluation method,but the clinical application found that this method had problems such as large differences in subjects'understanding,strong subjectivity,and long time to fill in 60 questions.In order to realize the objectification and simplification of nine kinds of constitution identification,the adoption of multidisciplinary technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of constitution identification has become the hot spot and trend of constitution research.Infrared thermal imaging detection technology,with its objectivity,accuracy,scientific,economic and convenient advantages,has become a supplement tool for nine kinds of constitution identification in recent years.This paper analyzes the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the study of TCM constitution,summarizes the scientific basis,unique advantages and existing problems of this technology in constitution identification,and discusses the ideas and methods of using infrared thermal imaging for constitution identification of TCM.
