摘　　要：中医体质的相对稳定性和动态可变性是“体质可调论”的重要依据,机体免疫功能失衡与过敏性疾病发生关联密切,维持免疫平衡有助于调整过敏体质的偏颇。2型固有淋巴样细胞(ILC2s)是一类新兴的免疫细胞,以多种角色参与过敏反应,在主导性、交互性、整体性、转化性方面均体现出改善“体质土壤”的思想。以ILC2s为切入点研究过敏体质的调治方案,有助于阐明“体质可调论”的生物学机制,丰富其科学内涵。The relative stability and dynamic variability of traditional Chinese medicine constitution are essential for the'adjustable constitution theory'.And the imbalance of immune function is closely related to the occurrence of allergic diseases.Maintaining immune balance is helpful to adjust the bias of allergic constitution.Group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2s)are new immune cells,which play various roles in the allergic immune response.It embodies the idea of improving'physical soil'in terms of dominance,interaction,integrity,and transformation.Therefore,taking ILC2s as the breakthrough point to study the adjustment of allergic constitution,it is helpful to clarify the biological mechanism of adjustable constitution theory'and enrich its scientific connotation.
