儿童抽动障碍复发相关因素及治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：抽动障碍是儿童及青少年时期常见的慢性神经发育和心理行为障碍性疾病,主要以不自主、快速突然发作、无节律性的一个或多个部位肌肉群运动或发声抽动为表现。发病机制尚不明确,而病情极易反复,治疗后易复发,难以控制,甚至部分患儿的抽动症状可延续至成年期,病情重者常无法正常生活,严重影响患儿的生活质量及身心健康,同时给家长带来了较大的心理压力与经济负担。因此,对该病复发情况的相关因素以及预防,是临床上的焦点问题之一。笔者检索相关文献,分析抽动障碍复发情况的相关因素,并从药物、非药物治疗的角度出发,梳理总结出临床上预防该病复发的相关治疗情况,以期为临床上减少该病的复发、缩减病程,提供一定的参考依据。Tic disorder(TD)is a common chronic neurological development and psychological and behavioral disorder disease in children and adolescents,which is mainly manifested by involuntary,rapid and sudden onset,and rhythmic muscle group movement or vocal twitching in one or more parts.The pathogenesis is not clear,but the disease is easy to recur,and it is difficult to control after treatment.Even some children's TD symptoms can continue into adulthood,and those with severe illness often can't live normally,which seriously affects the quality of life and physical and mental health of children,and brings great psychological pressure and economic burden to parents.Therefore,the related factors and prevention of the recurrence of the disease are one of the focus problems in clinic.The author searched the relevant literature,analyzed the related factors of TD recurrence,and from the perspective of drug and non-drug treatment,combed and summarized the clinical treatment to prevent the recurrence of TD,in order to reduce the recurrence of TD and shorten the course of the disease,and provide some reference basis.
