摘　　要：目的 了解河南省某三级医院就诊和健康体检女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染率、感染亚型及感染年龄分布等情况,为预防HPV感染提供依据。方法 生物芯片法对2021年5月至2022年4月在河南省某三级医院就诊和体检的3 098例女性进行HPV基因分型检测,描述性分析感染状况。结果 3 098例受检者中,HPV阳性562例,总感染率为18.14%(562/3 098),其中高危型感染占59.79%(336/562),高危型+低危型感染占5.13%(159/562)。累计检出24种亚型780项次,感染率居前5位的亚型依次为52型3.32%(103/3 098)、16型2.74%(85/3 098)、51型1.71%(53/3 098)、58型1.61%(50/3 098)和53型/68型1.45%(45/3 098);单一亚型感染占71.53%(402/562)。17~20岁组感染率最高为33.33%(27/81);各年龄组感染率最高的亚型不同,17~20岁组为6型,21~30岁组、31~40岁组和41~50岁组均为52型,51~60岁组为16型/53型,61~75岁组为52型/16型/33型。结论 河南省某三级医院就诊和体检女性HPV感染率较高,感染亚型分布广泛,以52型、16型和51型等高危型感染为主,各年龄组女性感染率最高的HPV亚型有差异。Objective To understand the rate,subtype and age distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection among women attending a tertiary hospital and healthy physical examination in Henan province,and provide evidence for the prevention of HPV infection.Methods HPV genotyping was performed in 3098 women who visited a tertiary hospital in Henan province from May 2021 to April 2022 by biochip method,and the infection status was analyzed descriptively.Results Among 3098 subjects,562 were HPV positive,with the overall infection rate was 18.14%(562/3098).High-risk infection accounted for 59.79%(336/562);High-risk plus low-risk accounted for 5.13%(159/562).A total of 24 subtypes were identified from 780 samples.The top five subtypes of infection rate were type 52(3.32%,103/3098),type 16(2.74%,85/3098),type 51(1.71%,53/3098),type 58(1.61%,50/3098)and type 53/68(1.45%,45/3098).Single subtype infection accounted for 71.53%(402/562).Of the study subjects,17-20 years age group had the highest infection rate(33.33%,27/81).The subtype with the highest infection rate in age groups was diferent,which was type 6 in 17-20 years old group,type 52 in 21-30 years old group,31-40 years old group and 41-50 years old group,type 16/53 in 51-60 years old group,and type 52/16/33 in 61-75 years old group.Conclusions The infection rate of HPV in female patients and women received physical examination in a tertiary hospital in Henan province is high,and the distribution of HPV subtypes is wide.The high-risk subtypes such as type 52,type 16 and type 51 are predominant.The subtype with the highest infection rate in age groups was different.
