摘 要:为解决大型磨机齿轮罩振颤造成的安全隐患,通过调整齿轮罩的支撑结构,改进齿轮罩罩体结构的刚度,并对改进前后齿轮罩模态进行有限元分析。结果表明,改进后的齿轮罩刚度得到了有效提高。针对特大型磨机露天使用工况,对优化后的齿轮罩进行了风载有限元分析,在烈风条件下,齿轮罩的强度和刚度满足室外露天使用要求。In order to solve the safety hazards caused by the vibration of the large mill gear cover,the support structure of the gear cover was adjusted,and the stiffness of the gear cover structure was improved.Then,the finite element analysis of the modal of the gear cover before and after optimization was carried out.The results showed that the stiffness of the optimized gear cover had been effectively enhanced.Aiming at the open-air working condition of the extra-large mill,the wind load finite element analysis of the optimized gear cover was carried out.Under strong wind conditions,the strength and stiffness of the gear cover met the requirements of outdoor open-air use.
