半夏泻心汤联合四联法治疗胃溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的研讨胃溃疡患者实施半夏泻心汤加减联合四联疗法治疗对Hp水平、症状改善及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2022年6月收入门诊及住院的胃溃疡合并Hp阳性患者86例,将其随机分为2组,每组43例。对照组予以常规四联疗法治疗,观察组于对照组基础上予半夏泻心汤治疗,对比2组治疗情况。结果观察组患者总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组患者Hp根除率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解率较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后炎性因子水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减结合四联疗法用于胃溃疡患者的治疗,能清除Hp,改善患者症状,调节炎性因子,促进胃功能恢复,效果良好,值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Hp level,symptom improvement and inflammatory factors in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer combined with Hp positive who were admitted to the outpatients and inpatients from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction based on the conditions of the control group.The treatment of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The remission rate of clinical symptoms in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients can more effectively eliminate Hp,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of gastric function,the effect is good,worthy of clinical reference.
