摘　　要：国家中医药管理局于2007年启动了中医“治未病”健康工程。目前统计,河南省207家医院设置有治未病科,但中医治未病中心的服务模式及服务体系刚刚建立,尚需完善。因此,此课题对河南省范围内中医治未病服务的医疗机构进行调研分析,统计目前制约治未病中心发展主要困境是:“治未病”理念淡漠;运行与管理机制不完善;财政投入和科室收入不足;专业人才匮乏;治未病科缺少创收抓手;信息化平台建设不完善。并探究了相应可行性对策研究,为省内开展中医“治未病”工作的相关政策措施提供实践经验和依据。In 2007,the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine launched the“Preventive Treatment of Disease”health project.Currently,there are 207 hospitals with“Preventive Treatment of Disease”departments in Henan Province,but the service model and system of preventive treatment of disease centers are just being established and need further improvement.Therefore,this study investigated and analyzed the medical institutions providing TCM preventive treatment of disease services in Henan Province.The study found that the main obstacles that currently limit the development of TCM preventive treatment of disease centers are as follows:indifference to the“preventive treatment of disease”concept,inadequate operational and management mechanisms,insufficient financial investment and departmental income,shortage of professional talents,lack of revenue⁃generation opportunities for preventive treatment of disease centers,and imperfect construction of information platforms.The study also explored feasible countermeasures and provided practical experience and evidence for relevant policy measures for TCM preventive treatment of disease centers development in Henan Province.
