摘  要:学科建设成效评价是检验“双一流”建设质量的必要举措,对高校寻找差距、提升水平具有重要意义。选取典型中部欠发达地区江西、山西两省高校为案例样本,对比分析“十三五”期间两省一流学科建设立项状况,从量化和质性相结合维度对其一流学科建设成效进行评价,然后具体探讨两省一流学科建设实践中存在的共性问题,最后结合实际提出推进两省一流学科建设水平的优化路径,希冀为两省乃至欠发达地区高校“双一流”建设提供借鉴参考。The evaluation of the effect of discipline construction is a necessary measure to test the quality of“double first-class”construction,which is of great significance for universities to find the gap and improve their level.In this paper,universities in Jiangxi and Shanxi provinces,typically underdeveloped areas in central China,are selected as case samples to make a comparative analysis of the establishment of first-class discipline construction projects in the two provinces during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,evalua⁃ting the effectiveness of first-class discipline construction from a quantitative and qualitative dimension,and then specifically discus⁃sing the common problems existing in the practice of first-class discipline construction in the two provinces.Finally,combining with the actual situation,it puts forward the optimization path to promote the construction level of first-class disciplines in the two provinces,hoping to provide reference for the“double first-class”construction of colleges and universities in the two provinces and even the less developed areas.
