大气学术思想内涵及临证思路探析

摘　　要：大气学术思想源远流长,最著名的当属近代医家张锡纯的“大气下陷”理论,究其理论发展沿革发现大气思想内涵并非只有“大气下陷”,诸多医家对于大气学术思想内涵莫衷一是。从大气狭义论和广义论两方面重点探讨大气学术思想内涵。通过细化气机失调所致疾病并结合诸医家临证经验,总结其治疗思路为调和阴阳以斡旋大气,调其升降以治其忤逆,大气之制贵在于通三方面。通过分析探讨大气学术思想内涵,为临床中大气失调所致疾病提供更为广阔的治疗思路。The theory of daqi has a long history,and the"sinking of daqi"theory of Zhang Xichun is the most classic one.After exploring the development,we realized that the connotation of daqi theory is more than the"sinking of daqi"theory.Many doctors and researchers have been wondering the essence idea of daqi theory.In this paper,we discussed the meaning of daqi theory in broad sense and in narrow sense,that is,the pectoral qi,lung qi and yang qi.We have elucidated diseases due to disorder of qi movement,and analyzed different clinical experience.In our opinion,the treatment strategy includes three aspects:refreshing daqi from harmonizing yin and yang,restoring daqi from regulating the ascending and descending,unobstructedness being the key of daqi regulation.In this research,we discussed the academic idea of daqi and aim to provide more comprehensive treating strategy for diseases due to disfunction of daqi.
