摘 要:“双师型”教师队伍建设直接关系高素质技术技能型人才培养的质量,对高职本科院校高水平发展尤为关键。“双师型”教师队伍建设的理论和政策演变可概括为从萌芽到发展、从多元到融合、从丰富到创新三个阶段,其企业一线实践经历的本质特征愈发凸显。基于高职本科院校建设的新起点和新要求,要构建由政府部门、高职院校和行业企业共同构成的“双师型”教师队伍建设运行机制,创新“双师型”培养载体,提升“双师型”教师综合素养;依托“双师型”培训基地,打造“双师型”教师高峰高原;拓展“双师型”交流平台,创建“双师型”教师国际品牌,更好地促进以期引领高职院校“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展。The construction of the“double-qualified”teacher team is directly related to the quality of the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents,which is particularly critical to the high-level development of higher vocational undergraduate colleges.The theoretical and policy evolution of the construction of a“double-qualified”teacher team can be summarized into three stages,namely,from germination to development,from diversification to integration,and from enrichment to innovation,in which the essential characteristics of its first-line practical experience in the enterprise are becoming more and more prominent.Based on the new starting point and new requirements for the construction of higher vocational undergraduate colleges,it is necessary to build a“double-qualified”teacher team construction and operation mechanism jointly formed by government departments,higher vocational colleges and industry enterprises,and innovate the“double-qualified”training carrier,so as to enhance the comprehensive literacy of“double-qualified”teachers;relying on the“double-qualified”training base,it is essential to build the peak plateau for“double-qualified”teachers;expanding the“double-qualified”exchange platform and creating an international brand of“double-qualified”teachers,it is expected to promote and lead the high-quality development of the“double-qualified”teacher team in higher vocational colleges.
