摘　　要：自主知识体系是我国学术评价的宗旨,也是期刊评价的根本遵循。中国人文社科学术期刊评价标准须以建构自主知识体系为指引,其评价改革过程也恰好是自主知识体系在理论创新与实践创新领域相结合的一块试验田。为此,人文社科学术期刊评价应遵循公平公开公正的原则,强化学术共同体作为评价主体的主导作用,秉持守正创新的评价理念。从自主知识体系语境出发,在具体改革举措上,须完善“全评价”和动态评价,实施适恰的分层分类方案,并深入拓展开放科学评价路径,探索一系列既体现中国学术话语权要求,又能被国际学术界认可的人文社科类期刊科学评价标准。The independent knowledge system is considered to be the purpose of academic evaluation in our country,and it is the fundamental principle of journal evaluation as well.The evaluation standards of Chinese humanities and social sciences journals should be guided by the construction of an independent knowledge system,and the reform of its evaluation process is also an attempt to combine the independent knowledge system in the field of theoretical innovation and practical innovation.Consequently,the evaluation of humanities and social sciences journals should follow the principle of fairness,openness and justice,strengthen the leading role of the academic community as the subject of evaluation,and uphold the concept of honest and innovative evaluation.Starting from the context of the independent knowledge system,in terms of specific reform measures,“full evaluation”and dynamic evaluation should be improved.It is necessary to implement an appropriate hierarchical classification scheme and further expand the path of open scientific evaluation.As a result,it is expected to explore a series of scientific evaluation standards for humanities and social sciences journals that not only reflect the requirements of Chinese academic discourse,but also can be recognized by the international academic community.
