摘 要:旅游解说是提升旅游体验的关键环节,但二者的影响机理尚未得到充分探究。研究通过构建旅游解说—旅游涉入—感知真实性—旅游记忆(IIAM)理论模型,以故宫为案例地,运用结构方程模型对假设进行检验,旨在探究旅游解说如何通过旅游涉入和感知真实性对旅游记忆产生影响。研究表明:(1)旅游解说中的互动和体验环境是4种旅游涉入类型的关键因素;(2)情感体验涉入与流式体验涉入对感知真实性有显著正向影响;(3)流式体验涉入对旅游记忆有显著正向影响;(4)感知真实性对旅游记忆有显著正向影响,并在旅游涉入与旅游记忆之间发挥中介作用。Tourism interpretation is a key component in enhancing the tourism experience,but the mechanism of its influence has not been fully explored.This study aims to investigate how tourism interpretation impacts tourism memorability through tourism involvement and perceived authenticity by constructing a theoretical model of tourism interpretation,tourism involvement,perceived authenticity,and tourism memorability(IIAM)and testing the hypotheses using a structural equation model with the Forbidden City chosen for the case study.The results show that(1)the interaction and experience environment in tourism interpretation are key factors in the four types of tourism involvement;(2)emotional experience involvement and flow experience involvement have a significant positive effect on perceived authenticity;(3)flow experience involvement has a significant positive effect on tourism memorability;(4)perceived authenticity has a significant positive effect on tourism memorability and mediates the relationship between tourism involvement and tourism memorability.
