摘  要:以顺德库大直径筒仓为试验对象,探究空调不同运行模式、不同开机时段在控温期间的能耗、控温效果、水分减量的变化情况,确定最佳的运行模式和开机时间。结果表明:低温低频、高温高频模式在控温期间仓温仓湿维持最好(仓温稳定维持在23℃;仓湿维持在56%)、能耗比其他模式低6%~8%,且水分减量最小;白天开机模式比全天开机模式能耗低、且仓温仓湿稳定性比晚上开机模式好。本研究对夏季大直径筒仓空调控温的应用提供技术指导。Took the large diameter silo of Shunde Warehouse as the experimental object,explored the changes in energy consumption,temperature control effect,and moisture reduction during the temperature control period under different operating modes and startup periods of air conditioning,and determine the optimal operating mode and startup time.The results showed that the low temperature low frequency and high temperature high frequency modes maintain the best warehouse temperature and humidity during the temperature control period(the warehouse temperature was maintained at 23℃;the warehouse humidity was maintained at 56%),the energy consumption was 6%~8%lower than other modes,and the moisture reduction was mimimum;The daytime startup mode had lower energy consumption than the all-day startup mode,and the warehouse temperature and humidity stability are better than the nighttime startup mode.This study provided technical guidance for the application of temperature control in large diameter silo air conditioning in summer.
