摘 要:体医融合是促进特殊群体学生身心健康全面发展的基石,高校体育保健课堂是学生接触体育、康复知识与技能的重要载体。采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,发现目前高校体育保健教学存在着诸多不足之处。立足于“健康中国”视角,对体医融合融入体育保健教学的路径做出探索,旨在有效融合体育与医学的优势,促进学科间的协调发展,指导体育保健教学的科学实施,推动体育保健课程建设。体医融合的价值使得其融入保健教学势在必行。The integration of physical education and medicine is the cornerstone of promoting the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of special group students,and the physical education and health care classroom in universities is an important carrier for students to access sports and rehabilitation knowledge and skills.By using methods such as literature review and logical reasoning,it was found that there are many shortcomings in current physical education and health education teaching in universities.Based on the perspective of“Healthy China”,this article explores the path of integrating sports and medicine into sports and healthcare teaching,aiming to effectively integrate the advantages of sports and medicine,promote coordinated development between disciplines,guide the scientific implementation of sports and healthcare teaching,and promote the construction of sports and healthcare courses.The value of integrating physical and medical education makes it imperative to integrate it into healthcare teaching.
