摘  要:《幼儿园教师专业标准》的基本理念是:幼儿为本、师德为先、能力为重和终身学习,而标准的制定对于提升幼儿教师的专业素养十分重要。本研究通过梳理中国、美国、英国、新西兰等国家的幼儿教师专业标准,并从维度和内容进行异同点的比较,希望从中得到借鉴和启示,从而进一步促进我国幼儿教师的专业发展,提升幼儿教师的专业素养。The Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers'basic concepts are child-centered,teacher ethics,competency-based,and lifelong learning.The development of these concepts is critical for enhancing the professionalism of early childhood teachers.This study compares professional standards,similarities,and differences in structure and dimensions among kindergarten teachers in various countries.China,the United States,the United Kingdom,and New Zealand were compared to learn from and gain insights into how to promote professional development and enhance the professionalism of Chinese kindergarten teachers.
