新时代高校发展学生党员工作的实践探索——以惠州学院为例

摘　　要：发展党员是党的建设的源头工程、基础工程。从严从实做好大学生发展党员工作,对于优化党员队伍结构,加强高校学生思想政治工作、培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有深远的意义,大学生发展党员工作面临重表现、轻思想,重发展、轻培养,重理论、轻实践,重规模、轻质量等主要问题,基于惠州学院近几年的探索,从统筹谋划、扩大源头、强化培养、规范管理四个方面提出了相应对策。The development of Party members is the source and basic project of the party organization building.It is of far-reaching significance to develop CPC members in college students strictly and firmly for the purpose of optimizing the structure of the Party members,for strengthening the ideological and political work of college students and training socialist builders and successors.The problems in the development of CPC members in college undergraduates include the emphasis on performance over thought,emphasis on development over training,emphasis on theory over practice,emphasis on valuing scale over quality.Based on the exploration of developing the CPC members in Huizhou University in recent years,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the four aspects:meticulous planning,source expansion,intensive cultivation and standardized management.
