廖志峰教授运用昆布-半夏化痰药对治疗原发性肝癌的网络理学研究

摘　　要：原发性肝癌发病率逐年升高,病死率居高不下,给人民群众的生命健康造成重大威胁。廖志峰教授认为原发性肝癌形成不外乎毒痰瘀虚,而痰瘀相互转化是整个病程中的重要环节,痰瘀同源,痰化则瘀散。而脾为生痰之源,因此健脾化痰是治疗原发性肝癌的究源之法。临床上尤善用化痰药物,化痰药分为寒热之性,可根据患者病性,体质辨证应用;可分别与健脾和中药,行气活血药配伍,针对原发性肝癌病机进行治疗。其中昆布、半夏、贝母、瓜蒌、猫爪草、天南星为廖志峰教授治疗原发性肝癌的高频化痰药。廖志峰教授继承了传统中药配伍的原则,更从繁多的临床病例中积累经验,接受现代医学对中医学的探索和研究成果,兼容并蓄,因此,才能在立法辨证组方时灵活运用化痰药对昆布-半夏来治疗原发性肝癌,并取得了良好的疗效。文章通过网络药理学进一步验证昆布-半夏化痰药对在原发性肝癌中的作用机制,为更好地发挥传统医学在原发性肝癌治疗中的优势提供理论依据。The incidence of primary liver cancer is increasing year by year and the mortality rate remains high,posinga major threat to people’s life and health.Prof.LIAO believes that the formation of primary liver cancer is nothing but the deficiency of toxicity,phlegm and stasis,and the mutual transformation of phlegm and stasis is an important part of the whole disease process.The spleen is the source of phlegm production,therefore,strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm is the method to investigate the source of primary liver cancer treatment.In clinical practice,we make good use of phlegm-transforming medicine,which are divided into hot and cold,and can be applied according to the patient’s pathology and constitution,they can be combined with spleen-strengthening and bloodactivating herbs,respectively,to treat primary liver cancer pathology.Among them,Kunbu(Thallus Laminariae Thallus Eckloniae),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Beimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae),Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis),Maozhuacao(Radix Ranunculi Ternati),Tiannanxing[Rhizoma erubescens(Wall.)Schott]are the high-frequency phlegm-transforming medicine used by Prof.LIAO Zhifeng in the treatment of liver cancer.Professor LIAO Zhifeng inherited the principle of compatibility of TCM medicine,accumulated experience from many clinical cases,accepted the exploration and research results of modern medicine on TCM,and was inclusive,so he was able to flexibly use Kunbu-Banxia couplet medicines to treat primary liver cancer and achieved good results.This paper further verifies the mechanism of action of the Kunbu-Banxia couplet medicines in primary liver cancer through network pharmacology,and provides a theoretical basis for better utilization of the advantages of TCM in the treatment of primary liver cancer.
