摘  要:受到步进电机非线性因素的影响,贴标机在作业过程中部分场景下的步进电机驱动伺服控制误差偏大,单指令信号控制响应速度与设定指标值差值较大,严重影响贴标机正常作业。为了解决这一问题,结合步进电机控制参量特征,引入动态规划策略对其控制参量、变量加以优化,通过动态规划的随机统计特征,量化控制参量,统一变量分布控制权重,实现提升控制响应速度的效果。具体实现过程可以总结为以下三个步骤:首先,建立基于动态规划的贴标机步进电机同步模型;然后,对PID动态控制驱动量神经网络进行优化;最后,完成基于动态规划的步进电机驱动伺服全局控制优化。通过数据对比表明:提出方法具有较强的响应优化能力,优化效果完全满足设计要求,且方法实现成本较低,具有较高的推广价值。Under the influence of nonlinear factors of the stepper motor,the error of the stepper motor in some scenarios of the labeling machine is large,and the difference between the response speed of the single command signal control and the set index value is large,which seriously affects the normal operation of the labeling machine.In order to solve this problem,combining with the characteristics of the control parameters of the stepper motor,the dynamic planning strategy is introduced to optimize the control parameters and variables.Through the random statistical characteristics of the dynamic planning,the control parameters are quantified,and the effect of improving the control response speed is realized.The specific implementation process can be summarized in the following three steps:first,establish the synchronization model of the stepper motor based on dynamic planning;then optimize the PID dynamic control drive quantity neural network;and finally,complete the global control optimization of stepper motor drive private service based on dynamic planning.Through data comparison,it shows that the proposed method has strong response optimization ability,the optimization effect fully meets the design requirements,and the method implementation cost is low,and has high promotion value.
