摘　　要：本文描述了防干烧燃气灶的工作原理,分析了防干烧燃气灶误动作的原因及影响因素,并通过对市面上各类防干烧燃气灶做了抗风性火焰干扰测试,介绍了提高抗火焰干扰能力的方法,并通过试验验证方法的有效性及准确性,藉以帮助企业优化防干烧燃气灶的性能。This paper describes the working principle of anti-dry-burn cooker,analyzes the causes and influencing factors of anti-dry-burn cooker misoperation,and introduces the method to improve the anti-flame interference ability by doing wind resistance flame interference test on various types of anti-dry-burn gas cookers on the market,and verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the method through test,so as to help enterprises optimize the performance of anti-dry-burn cookers.
