摘　　要：肝癌前病变阶段外泌体分泌增加,通过发挥其细胞间通讯作用,可以直接推动疾病从炎性反应发展成癌。外泌体通过影响血管生成、上皮细胞-间充质转化和免疫调节参与肝癌前病变的发生发展,可能成为肝癌前病变新的治疗靶点,为肝癌前病变的诊断和治疗提供新思路。Increased secretion of exosomes in precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma can directly promote the disease from inflammatory response to cancer through intercellular communication.Exosomes participate in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular precancerous lesions by affecting angiogenesis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition and immunoregulation,so exomes may become a new therapeutic target for hepatocellular precancerous lesions and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas.
