摘　　要：原发性胃淋巴瘤(PGL)是除胃癌外最常见的胃恶性肿瘤,大多无特异临床症状,所以通常不能被准确诊断,易出现误诊和漏诊。主要治疗方法包括手术、放射治疗、化学药物治疗和靶向治疗,免疫治疗有望成为其潜在治疗方式。了解其诊断过程中存在的难点是准确诊断的保障,也是后续精准治疗的基础。Primary gastric lymphoma(PGL)is the most common gastric malignant tumor except gastric cancer,most of which have no specific clinical symptoms.It is usually not accurately diagnosed.And it is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.The main treatments include surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy.And the immunotherapy is expected to be a potential treatment modality.Understanding the difficulties in the diagnosis process is the guarantee of accurate diagnosis and the basis for subsequent precision treatment.
