摘　　要：目的探讨来华留学生文化适应压力与孤独感的关系及其作用机制。方法采用文化适应压力量表、应对方式量表、UCLA孤独量表和心理弹性量表对山东省10所高校的243名来华留学生进行调查。结果孤独感与文化适应压力、否认应对呈显著正相关,与心理弹性呈显著负相关;否认应对与文化适应压力呈显著正相关;否认应对在文化适应压力与孤独感之间起部分中介作用;心理弹性在文化适应压力与孤独感的直接路径上起调节作用。结论来华留学生的文化适应压力会影响孤独感。减少否认应对、培养高心理弹性,可有效降低留学生孤独感水平。Objective To explore the relationship between acculturation stress and loneliness in international students and its mechanism.Methods A total of 243 international students from 10 universities in Shandong province were investigated with acculturative stress scale,coping style scale,UCLA loneliness scale,and Connor-Davidson resilience scale.Results Loneliness was significantly positively correlated with acculturation stress and denial coping,but negatively correlated with resilience.Denial coping was significantly positively correlated with acculturation stress.The relationship between acculturation stress and loneliness was partly mediated by denial coping.Resilience moderated the relationship between acculturation stress and loneliness.Conclusion The acculturation stress of international students in China affects their loneliness.Reducing denial coping and cultivating resilience can effectively reduce their loneliness level.
