摘  要:新时期,随着生活质量的显著提升和消费观念的改变,人们对食品质量安全也愈发关注。为此相关部门需要从多个层面入手,遵守食品质量安全监管原则,采取多样化的监管方法,严厉打击不合格食品,构建健康的食品市场。本文重点阐述了食品质量安全监管原则和方法,并简单论述了主要监管对象和监管重要性,希望为食品安全监管工作提供参考。In the new period,with the significant improvement of the quality of life and changes in consumer attitudes,people are more and more concerned about food quality and safety.Therefore,the relevant departments need to start from multiple levels,abide by the principles of food quality and safety supervision,adopt diversified supervision methods,crack down on substandard food,and build a healthy food market.This paper focuses on the principles and methods of food quality and safety supervision,and briefly discusses the main regulatory objects and the importance of supervision,hoping to provide reference for food safety supervision.
