摘  要:目的:建立GC-ECD法同时测定红参中的拟除虫菊酯和有机氯类农药残留。方法:红参经乙腈提取再经FLORISIL固相萃取柱净化,采用DB-1701P毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)程序升温进行分离,采用电子捕获检测器测定。结果:27种农药在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9980~0.9999,检出限在0.004~0.115 mg·kg-1,平均回收率在78.9%~109.8%,相对标准偏差在0.13%~8.63%;5批样品中,2批样品检出农药残留。结论:该方法操作简单,精密度高,再现性好,可同时测定红参中的5种拟除虫菊酯和22种有机氯农药的残留。Objective:A method was applied for Simultaneous determination of pyrethroid and organochlorine pesticide residues in red ginseng by gas chromatography-electroncapture detector(GC-ECD).Method:Red ginseng samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then cleaned up using FLORISIL column,and finally separated by a DB-1701P(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)column with temperature programming,and detected quantitatively by gas chromatography-electroncapture detector(GC-ECD).Result:The external standard method was used for quantification.Excellent linearities were achieved for all target analytes with good linear correlation and correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9980~0.9999.The limits of detection(LODs)ranged from 0.004 mg·kg-1 to 0.115 mg·kg-1.The recoveries were in the range of 78.9%~109.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)range of 0.13%~8.63%;a total of 2 pesticide residues were detected from the 5 sample batches.Conclusion:The proposed method was simple,accurate,and adequate for the rapid screening and quantitative analysis of 5 pyrethroid and 22 organochlorine pesticide residues in red ginseng.
