低碳食品认知与接纳行为探究——基于长沙市青年消费者调查的实证研究

摘  要:在湖南省长沙市青年消费者进行问卷调查的基础上,本文考查了长沙市青年消费者对于低碳食品及相关生产体系、双碳发展目标的认知与接纳情况,分析其行为动机与行为偏好。调查结果表明,绝大多数青年消费者的受教育程度较高,但其对于低碳食品及相关内容的认知水平却并不理想;青年消费者对于低碳食品的购买意愿一般,其消费动机、认知与接纳行为偏好均呈现出多样化特征;青年消费者对于当前低碳食品生产体系的认知、信赖和认可水平有待提高。针对调查结果,本文提出了加强低碳消费宣传教育、提升低碳食品竞争力、完善相关制度体系的建议。Based on the questionnaire survey of young consumers in Changsha,this paper examines the cognition and acceptance of young consumers in Changsha on low-carbon food and related production systems,dual-carbon development goals,and analyzes their behavioral motivations and preferences.The results show that although most young consumers are highly educated,their cognition level of low carbon food and related content is not ideal.Young consumers have a general willingness to purchase low-carbon food,and their consumption motivation,cognition and acceptance behavior preferences are diversified.Young consumers’cognition,trust and recognition of the current low-carbon food production system need to be improved.According to the survey results,this paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the publicity and education of low-carbon consumption,enhancing the competitiveness of low-carbon food,and improving the relevant system.
