摘  要:为了解决车门头道密封条聚乙烯PE接角开裂问题,文章通过安装泡钉间距长度、强度拉力实验、接角参数优化实验三个方面进行研究。首先,验证安装泡钉间距对开裂的影响,接着验证唇边厚度对接角强度的影响,最后,通过接角参数实验,找出最优参数。最终接角结合力提升超100%以上,彻底解决了开裂问题。同时,该成功经验也将引入后续新项目,为头道接角开裂问题提供可靠的解决方案。In order to solve the problem of polyethylene PE corner cracking in the sealing strip of the car door header,this article conducts research from three aspects:installation of foam nail spacing length,strength tensile test,and corner parameter optimization test.Firstly,the effect of installation bubble nail spacing on cracking is verified,then the effect of lip thickness on corner strength is verified,and finally,the optimal parameters through corner parameter experiments are verified.The final corner bonding force has been improved by over 100%,completely solving the problem of cracking.At the same time,this successful experience will also be introduced into subsequent new projects,providing a reliable solution for the problem of corner cracking in the first channel.
