摘　　要：目前临床中检测全血黏度应用最广泛的方法是锥板法,近些年锥板法检测全血黏度的质量虽然得到显著提高,但日常工作中临床医师仍常会质疑检验结果,其原因涉及仪器设备、校准物质、人员操作等诸多因素。为使锥板法检测全血黏度规范化,本共识起草组通过对方法学及质量管理的深入研究,并参考国内外相关文献,对锥板法检测全血黏度的检验前、中、后阶段提出标准化建议,并对检验结果的合理解释进行了阐述,以促进锥板法检测全血黏度在临床诊断、疾病预警、慢病管理中的有效应用。At present,cone and plate method is the most widely used method to detect whole blood viscosity in clinical practice.Although the quality of cone and plate method to detect whole blood viscosity has been significantly improved in recent years,clinicians still often question the test results in daily work,which involves many factors such as instruments and equipment,calibration substances,and personnel operations.In order to standardize the cone and plate method for detecting whole blood viscosity,this consensus drafting group,through in-depth research on the law and quality management of the other side,and reference to relevant domestic and foreign literatures,put forward standardization suggestions for the pre-test,middle,and post-test stages of cone and plate method for detecting whole blood viscosity,and explain the reasonable interpretation of the test results,to promote the effective application of cone and plate method to detect whole blood viscosity in clinical diagnosis,disease early warning,and chronic disease management.
