摘　　要：缺血性中风是一种致病原因复杂,具有居高不下的发病率、致残率及死亡率特点的脑血管疾病,在祖国医学中归属于“中风”的范畴。既往大量的临床实践中,医学工作者发现痰证贯穿了中风患者的病情发展。文章从痰证影响中风始终这一角度,深入探讨化痰通络法在缺血性中风分期治疗中的应用,从而阐明中医化痰通络法是提高缺血性中风临床疗效的重要方法。Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease with complex etiology,which is characterized by high morbidity,disability and mortality.It belongs to the category of"stroke"in traditional Chinese medicine.In the past,a large number of clinical practices,medical workers found that phlegm syndrome accompanies the progression of stroke patients.This article delves into the application of the method of dissolving phlegm and dredging channels in the staging treatment of ischemic stroke from the perspective of the influence of phlegm syndrome on stroke,thereby clarifying that the method of dissolving phlegm and dredging channels in traditional Chinese medicine is an important method for improving the clinical efficacy of ischemic stroke.
