产教融合环境下高职院校体育课程适应性机制研究

摘　　要：体育人才培养是一项系统工程,每个培养环节都至关重要,体育人才培养模式改革,就是要充分发挥体制机制在人才培养中的先导性作用,释放人才培养的最大活力。该研究基于产教融合,探讨了体育课程应如何真正促进学生真实学习,重构师生、教学关系,初步厘清了体育课程理论知识与实践操作技能衔接、课程体系建设与企业发展需求对接、企业融入表面化与院校联合培养机制的双重效应“、双师型”教师队伍建设与引进体制等现状问题,分析了产教融合的未来发展趋势和对高职院校体育课程提出的新要求,构建了产教融合背景下体育专业与体育产业、职业岗位统筹融合发展,体育课程内容与职业标准对接,体育课程体系建设与企业发展需求对接,“双师型”教师培养与引进体制协同制约,以及院校与行企业间双向奔赴机制构建等五方面的适应性发展模式,旨在推动高职院校体育课程实施过程中产业与教育的深度融合,全面提升高职院校体育类高层次技术技能型人才的培养质量。The cultivation of sports talents is a systematic project,and every training link is crucial.The reform of the sports talent training mode is to give full play to the leading role of the system and mechanism in talent training and release the maximum vitality of talent training.Based on the integration of industry and education,this study discusses how physical education courses should truly promote students'real learning,reconstruct the relationship between teachers and students and teaching,preliminarily clarifies the current situation of the coordinate of the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills of physical education courses,the docking of curriculum system construction and enterprises development needs,the dual effect of the superficial integration of enterprises and the joint training mechanism of colleges and the construction and introduction system of double-quality teachers,analyzes the future development trend of industry-education integration and the new requirements for physical education courses in vocational college,and constructs an adaptive development models in five aspects:the overall and integrated development of physical education majors and the sports industry and professional posts,the docking of physical education course content and professional standards,the docking of physical education curriculum system construction and enterprise development needs,the coordinated constraints of double-quality teacher training and introduction systems,and the construction of a two-way rushing mechanism between colleges and industries and enterprises under the background of industry-education integration,aiming to promote the deep integration of industry and education in the implementation of physical education courses in vocational colleges,and comprehensively improve the training quality of high-level technical and skilled talents in sports in vocational colleges.
