摘  要:目的探讨早期介入丹佛模式联合结构化教学法治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月于菏泽市牡丹人民医院儿童保健科诊治的62例孤独症谱系障碍儿童,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规康复治疗方案,观察组采用早期介入丹佛模式联合结构化教学法。比较两组儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、临床总体印象-疾病严重程度量表(CGI-S)评分、发育商及社会功能评分。结果干预后,观察组CARS评分及CGI-S评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组发育商高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项社会功能评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孤独症谱系障碍患儿采用早期介入丹佛模式联合结构化教学法可显著改善患儿临床症状,提高发育商与社会功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of early intervention Denver model combined with structured teaching method in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 62 children with autism spectrum disorder treated in the Department of Child Health Care of People’s Hospital of Mudan,Heze from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given early intervention Denver model combined with structured teaching method.The scores of child autism rating scale(CARS),scores of clinical global impressions-severity(CGI-S),developmental quotient and social function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of CARS and CGI-S in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the development quotient of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The social function scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention Denver model combined with structured teaching method can significantl y improve the clinical symptoms,development quotient and social function of children with autism spectrum disorder,and is worthy of clinical application.
