摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合达那唑治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月于青岛同和大健康产业有限公司市北同和医院治疗的70例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组使用达那唑治疗,观察组使用达那唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组子宫体积、肌瘤体积、血清性激素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合达那唑治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Danazol in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Methods A total of 70 patients with uterine fibroid in Shibei Tonghe Hospital of Qingdao Tonghe Health Industry Co.,Ltd.from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danazol,while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Danazol.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The uterine volume,fibroid volume and serum sex hormone levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Danazol treating patients with uterine fibroid has remarkable clinical effect.
