摘 要:目的:探讨不同剂量盐酸阿扑吗啡对大鼠膀胱功能的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为生理盐水组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,各10只。记录4组给药前尿动力学参考,分别给予4组生理盐水或单剂量阿扑吗啡0.01、0.05、0.50 mg/kg,连续记录各种尿动力学参数。结果:生理盐水组的尿动力学参数没有变化,而盐酸阿扑吗啡各组在给药后,低剂量组排尿频率(VF)下降;中高剂量组初始阶段VF呈剂量依赖性上升,后期VF下降同时临界膀胱内压增加。低剂量组最大排尿量(MV)增加;中、高剂量组初期MV呈剂量依赖性减少,后期MV增加,同时最大膀胱收缩压增加。结论:盐酸阿扑吗啡存在对膀胱功能的剂量和时间依赖性的双相效应。Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of apomorphine hydrochloride on bladder function of rats.Methods:Forty male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into physiological saline group,low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group,with 10 rats each.The pre-administration urodynamic reference in four groups were recorded,and the four groups were given physiological saline or single dose of apomorphine 0.01,0.05 and 0.50 mg/kg,respectively.Various urodynamic parameters were continuously recorded.Results:The urodynamic parameters in physiological saline group did not change;after the administration in apomorphine hydrochloride groups,the voiding frequency(VF)in the low-dose group decreased,VF in the medium-dose group and high-dose group increased in a dose-dependent manner at the initial stage,and VF decreased at the later stage with an increase in threshold intravesical pressure.The maximum micturition volume(MV)in the lowdose group increased;The MV in the medium-dose group and high-dose group decreased in a dose-dependent manner at the initial stage,and MV increased at the later stage,while the maximum bladder systolic blood pressure increased.Conclusion:Apomorphine hydrochloride has a dose-and time-dependent biphasic effect on bladder function.
