管理类本科生毕业论文教学改革的实践与思考——以海南热带海洋学院商学院为例

摘　　要：毕业论文是本科教育整体系统中的重要环节之一,也是一种对学生所学专业知识和技能的综合评测方式。该文首先通过对指导老师进行非结构性访谈,发现毕业论文质量出现日益下降的趋势,并且质量下降表现在选题过大或过小、资料收集主观臆断等方面。其次通过对学生进行问卷调查,发现学生普遍认可毕业论文的价值,并从撰写论文中获益良多。然后将指导老师和学生对论文的不同认知结合分析,发现论文质量下降由多种原因导致,包括学生对专业知识的综合能力和科研能力不足、指导老师指导投入不足等。最后结合前期毕业论文教学改革的实践,针对提高论文质量提出对策。Thesis is one of the important links in the overall system of undergraduate education,and it is also a comprehensive evaluation method of students'professional knowledge and skills.Firstly,through the non-structural interview with the instructor,it is found that the quality of the graduation thesis is increasingly declining,and the decline in quality is manifested in the selection of topics that are too large or too small,and the subjective assumption of data collection,etc.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of students,it is found that students generally recognize the value of graduation thesis and benefit a lot from writing it.Then,combining the different perceptions of the instructors and students on graduation thesis,it is found that the decline in the quality of graduation thesis is caused by a variety of reasons,including the lack of students'comprehensive ability of professional knowledge,the lack of scientific research ability,and the lack of guidance input from the instructors,and so on.Finally,combined with the practice of dissertation teaching reform,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the thesis quality.
